Guest Policy

Guests are strictly not permitted to stay beyond the designated check-out time. This booking does not constitute a long-term rental or Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST). All guests must vacate the premises by the check-out time stated in the booking confirmation.

Damages and Missing Items

Guests are financially responsible for any damages or stolen items during their stay. Grove Heights Shoreditch Apartments reserves the right to charge all repair and replacement costs to the payment method used for the booking.

Property Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible Rate:

The reservation is fully refundable. Cancel for free until 30 days before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time. 

After the free cancellation window ends, the following fee schedule applies:
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees.
No-Shows will be processed the same as cancellations.

Non-Refundable Rate:
For non-refundable bookings, no cancellations or changes are permitted. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Penalties

Default Penalty Policy:

If guests cancel within 7 days of the check-in date, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
