Guest Policy
Guests are strictly not permitted to stay beyond the designated check-out time. This booking does not constitute a long-term rental or Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST). All guests must vacate the premises by the check-out time stated in the booking confirmation.
Damages and Missing Items
Guests are financially responsible for any damages or stolen items during their stay. Grove Heights Apartments reserves the right to charge all repair and replacement costs to the payment method used for the booking.
Property Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Rate:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival. After this time, 100% of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Rate:
For non-refundable bookings, no cancellations or changes are permitted. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Alternatively, for flexibility, we offer this policy:
- 14+ days before check-in: Full refund
- Within 14 days: 50% refund
- Within 7 days or no-shows: No refund (100% charge applies)
Please note, additional applicable charges and taxes may apply.
Penalties
Default Penalty Policy:
If guests cancel within 7 days of the check-in date, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
